Face style for the Red Seals and Plain Backs with top inscription reading "SECURED BY UNITED STATES BONDS DEPOSITED WITH THE TREASURER OF." The only example we have encountered or cataloged. A desirable high denomination proof from this 1902 series set. Some vertical wrinkles most of the way across.
