COLOMBIA. Banco de la República de Colombia. 100 Pesos Oro. January 1, 1928. P-375Aa.The highest denomination in this 1928 series and the first 100 Peso notes printed since 1923. The same style as 1923, but brown face and carmine back. Santander at the center. There were only 100,000 notes printed in October 1928. Six-digit serial 032078. Problem-free with bold colors on both sides, despite some light, normal soiling for the assigned grade. This is much nicer than the "VG" note sold in the 2017 Ward sale for just over $1,000. This looks like a four-figure issued note.
