Upper corners with 5000 dies composed of overlapped heptagonal UNITED STATES TREASURY micro-lettered elements. Left end with New York Clearing House Association outside color border. Red overprint text left of center. Brown transfer back form. No. 9361. Extremely rare in any form, this is a very attractive blank with excellent color.
