Obligation text across certificate. Left end with soldier, cannon and flag with Zachary Taylor in lower right corner. Right side, Farmer with then current President Millard Fillmore. Red protector 80/BOUNTY LAND/ACRES in bottom center. Under the bottom frameline is transfer text. Embossed seal. No.10745. Issued to a private in the Tennessee Militia from the War of 1812. The blank verso is nearly completely endorsed with three documentations from Alabama. Full bond, solid paper that is rather toned. Some endorsements bleed through to the face. A solid piece.
