1845 James K. Polk Presidential Medal. Bronze. 62 mm, 5.2 to 5.8 mm thick. Julian PR-9. Choice About Uncirculated.Rich deep mahogany with superb eye appeal. Well preserved with just a very shallow abrasion in the left obverse field, a thin hairline scratch above the wreath bow on reverse, and a few light scattered reverse abrasions, none of which penetrate the lovely bronzed patina.
