Identifiable as a third emission issue by the two fleur-de-lis and two uncrowned Fs on the reverse. The dot beneath the "C" of "FRANCISCVS" helps determine the mint as Toulouse. An attractively rendered example, struck from rusty and clashed dies with full legends on both sides. Soft satin luster aids the overall attractiveness.NGC MS-63.
