民国六年安徽全省军用券一圆。被认定为入门藏家之选，但此枚品质远超评分所示。经大幅修复，重新著色。但同级分数票券，多见严重损毁。相较而言，此枚票券虽有修复痕迹，但仅算瑕疵，无伤大雅。本枚十分稀罕，近期从未经手过如此珍品。中央旗帜，蓝色边缘。此枚省军政府票券，即使对许多进阶藏家而言，也十分难得。(XZW-0440a) For starters, we believe this note is undergraded. The holder lists Major Repair, and Re-Colored, but we usually see completely destroyed pieces at this grade level. The repair here, while undesirable, gives the note an appearance of a Fine/Low VF example although we understand that one must take into account the repair as a netting defect. The note itself however, is extremely scarce, and we can not recall in recent memory handling such a rarity. Flags at center, with a blue border.
