The obverse is overall smooth with just trivial granularity under inspection, though the reverse exhibits more severe porosity. Libertys portrait remains well defined, as does the eponymous wreath on the reverse. A noted rim blemish above the A in STATES is relatively trivial and fails to distract the naked eye.
