This 10 Kopeks note shows with a dark green design with light green under-print. Block number "17" at lower left and upper right and back seen with simple design with denomination repeated five times. Printed on watermarked paper and seen only with minor stains with PMG commenting "Stains," on the back of the holder. The other we sold was certified by PMG at the Choice Extremely Fine 45 level and brought $13,742 in our August 2013 Hong Kong sale.
