A fourth and final very rare specimen note on bond paper from this handsome Bogotá series. Like the previous Specimens, this was the only example in Lot 753 of the 1990 ABN sale. Large format note with blue tint and back. Noted as previously mounted and with heavy residue at left end of the back. The margins are very close. Very bold from the face.
