The second highest denomination from the series and very scarce. Locally printed. Brown face tint and purple back. The black back overprint is sharply defined. Previously mounted is noted, but it appears to be one small back corner mark. The face and back are both vivid. One of the best out there and the plate note has a large hole cancel. PMG Very Fine 25.
