Fr-309; Dupl-516; Ci-646. "écu dor au briquet, troisiéme type", struck at the Paris mint (dot under the 18th letter) ca. 1436-61. <strong>VERY SCARCE</strong> type. Well struck on a nice round planchet with nearly full rims and no doubling. A few tiny unobtrusive planchet defects on the reverse which do little to detract from the overall attractiveness of this coin. Soft satin luster with quite good eye appeal. NGC MS-61.
