It is not certain whether this series was issued and only proofs of the 10 Pesos are listed in the SCWPM. Columbian Bank Note Co. vignette of History at the left inscribing the bank title on a stone. Face and back proofs are both on card. The back is rust-red color. A rarely seen imprint for any proof note and with a rather distinctive style.
