The present example comes crisp and well embossed with exceptional bank officers signatures. The overprint retains all of its original red brilliance. The grading service makes mention of an area they call "Minor Rust" which is found on the back top right corner. Whatever it is it is indeed minor and has not eroded the paper in any way.
