PCGS Fine 15 PPQ.Its rare to see a Fine 15 with a PPQ designation, but this note is so original that PCGS felt it was necessary to give it such a grade. Even wear throughout typical to notes at this level, but with this paper quality, this note is a bargain for collectors to get an original piece at an affordable level.
