Seen with tight margins and a little bit of the bottom margin missing along with some edge damage mentioned in the comments, but overall the note still has great eye appeal for the grade. Bold PETERBORO overprints flank the center obligation on each side. This is the first we have handled for the type, and likely a piece we will not see again publicly for quite some time.
