This rare Campbell/Sellar Purple Seal note shows excellent detail with minimal circulation. There are only 16 examples of this note certified by PMG, with only one finer, in a 55 EPQ. We believe the absence of EPQ on this piece is due to a very minor ink spot on the reverse in the top margin. We expect spirited bidding on this rarity.
