PMG Choice Fine 15.This Atlanta district is rare with replacements considered and the last appearance in auction was in 2005 where a ungraded example in Fine brought $1,092. This note is one of just three PMG has graded and aside from some staining, mentioned by PMG on the holder, the appeal is nice for the grade.
