Restoration.A note which is always a challenge to secure when building a comprehensive collection of United States large size Silver Certificates. The piece offered here is appealing in that it offers good color and excellent eye appeal for the grade. Evenly circulated, with strong overprints and nice margins. Some professional restoration is noted along the bottom corners and margin. A design variant that is far scarcer than the Fr. 311 with a brown Treasury seal, by a factor of more than four to one.
