Another incredibly 1950 note which is very unfrequented in the market place. This note shows with pleasing watermarked paper and shows with brilliant blue inks making up the design. Overprinted "specimen," and seen with solid zero serial numbers. Simple handling and a few minor stains are all we report.About Uncirculated
