It also is the first to be graded by PMG and has the initial appeal of an Extremely Fine note. Seen with a deep blue frame and orange under-printing with red protectors. Strong overprints in both the serial numbers and signature are observed along with light even circulation. Verso seen with black circular seal at upper center and similar color layout as face.
