An interesting item which is part of four notes from this series which we are offering in this guise. The note shows with regular serial numbers and overprints but is seen with blacked out serials and specimen perforation at center. Purple stamped specimen wording also at lower center of the back. The note is slightly faded from PVC damage and shows with distractions in the upper and lower right corners. A great research piece.Fine
