Bold red inks are located throughout and strong overprinting remains. A quick look at the PMG population report shows no pieces in the Uncirculated grade range regardless of date with only a single slightly more pleasing AU note better than the present piece. A small amount of a foreign substance is noted at the upper right margin which is mentioned by PMG in the comments section of the holder.
