The note is seen with quite pleasing appeal for the technical grade with still strong color and nice design detail. Free from restorations and in its original form but seen with several punch cancels in two horizontal rows. Purple 1917 Shanghai overprint at lower center and red circular seal at upper right. A few small internal tears but quite typical for the grade. The last we handled was a note we cataloged as Fine which showed a few alterations and realized $9,488.00 as lot 8079 in our August 2009 ANA sale.PMG Very Good 10
