Notes finer and free of repairs are rare which makes these still attractive Fine graded examples the norm for collecting. Still legible penned signatures and nice color of the green under-printed details. The ornate back also retains nice color and detail for the assigned grade. The PMG population report further confirms the rarity of the issue with the finest they have certified being just three pieces at the Very Fine 25 level.
