Fr. 374. 1890 $20 Treasury Note. PMG Choice Fine 15.；Offerings of this "Ornate Back" $20 Treasury Note design are scarce, regardless of grade. This small red scalloped seal, Rosecrans - Nebeker variety is well circulated although nice appeal is had for the assigned grade. The important back design is particularly pleasing with "TWENTY" in large serpentine lettering. PMG mentions, "Minor Restorations," in the comments section of the holder.
