The portrait is surrounded by a narrow red band and a broad blue band with seven character inscription. Ornaments to right and left of portrait, and wheat stalks below. Reverse blank except for incuse number 367. Some damage and surface loss to the blue enamel. Minor edge bump at 10 oclock. Attached by jump rings to a ribbon in the National colors.
