Laurel leaf points to first leg of "A" with four berries in wreath. Reeded edge. Listed as R6 in the ESC and quite possibly one of the only such original strikings available to private collectors. Even wear which is consistent with the assigned grade but all the same the design elements are delineated and visible and the legends are complete. Despite the handling wear there is nothing in the way of contact marks to interrupt the fields. Deeply toned throughout with a handsome deep old cabinet gray.
