Charioteer driving fast quadriga left, Nike above flying right crowning charioteer, dolphin in exergue (obscured); Reverse: Head of Arethusa facing left, hair in ampyx and sphendone, drawn upwards and flowing up, four dolphins around, ethnic behind. The reverse is well centered on a broad flan, displaying exceptional detail of this fine style die in the technique of Eucleidas. Scratches present on the obverse, as well as several planchet flaws.
