Early in his reign he expelled the Muslims from Guwahati, thereby capturing a large amount of booty, which presumably enabled him to strike much of his coinage. All his coins are dated to the 33írd year of the 60 year cycle used by the Ahoms. The legends invoke the Ahom deity, Lengdon, often identified as Indra. One or more bird symbols also often occur on the coins, as does a lion.
