In addition, the typical Uncirculated 1893-CC dollar is flatly struck in the centers. Not so here, however, as we note a uniformly sharp strike to both sides that extends from the rims to the centers. Highly lustrous with pretty peripheral toning, there is much to recommend this key date example to the advanced Morgan dollar or Carson City Mint collector.
