Medallion heads left and right of central vignette. Die counter 1000s at bottom left and right. An exceptionally rare $1000 Proof on this Philadelphia bank. The design is R-7 in Hoober with just a vague description available. No example was seen in the offerings of the ABNC archives. This example is from plate A and is evenly margined and darkly printed. Just a small amount of mounting residue is seen on the back. Quite possibly unique for the design and no doubt important to any Philadelphia or statewide Pennsylvania collector. ，
