While this specimen was (mis)handled over the years, it still retains good visual appeal and is one of a small number of specimens of this issue known. Meant for interbank transactions only, it is unclear whether this type was ever issued, but to the best of our knowledge, only a very small quantity of specimens such as this are known to exist. As of the time of cataloging, only two have been graded by PMG.
