In the cataloguers opinion, this should be a ERROR note as a remainder would have both signatures AND serial numbers missing. A type which the normal issue is already relatively scarce in this grade. But with the addition appeal of being an error, the note is elevated into a true rarity! Early errors in this top denomination are extremely rare! Not to be missed by serious collectors!
