Variety with hooked "kuang". A conditionally <strong>RARE</strong> survivor, this being in fact the "Top Pop" and <em>only</em> Mint State example graded by PCGS to date. One look at its gleaming, fresh surfaces easily justifies the grade. Nicely struck up on both sides, the coin flaunts a delicate frosty surface quality and fully argent coloration save for some speckling of dark tone around the rims. Some marks and friction prevent a higher grade, though this is mostly limited to the reverse (characters) side. A top-quality example that will satisfy any discerning collector of Kirin issues.
