UMAYYAD: AE fals (1.77g), NM (probably Balkh), ND (ca. 730-732), A-U197, Sasanian bust right, with Arabic sittin bi-di- / -rham jaiz to right // 2nd half of kalima in center, traces of an outer margin with the name of the governor Umâra b, Harrim (al-Marri, governor in Tukharistan circa AH111-113); some weakness in the Sasanian bust, crude F-VF, RRR. Better than the only 2 examples filed on ACSearch (none on CoinArchives), sold in our Auction e21, lots 384 & 385.
