An issue that always creates spirited bidding when offered as occurrences are few and far between, even in proof or specimen format. This series is slightly unusual as it displays the Kuomintangs White Sun symbol so prominently. This note does not appear to have any noticeable problems preventing it from the higher EPQ grades and looks to be a Gem Uncirculated note in fully original colours with a strong visual appearance.NoFrom the Norman Lin Collection.
