Mah, Arabic for the district known as Media, is the singular of Mahayy (the dual form of Mah), and was active as a mint AH90, 96 and 98, and is now presumed to be a different mint than Mahayy, the combination of the two sections of Media, Mah al-Basra (=Nihawand) & Mah al-Kufa (=Dinawar).
