Windom was a United States Senator from Minnesota who served two non-consecutive terms as Secretary of the Treasury from March to November 1881, and from March 1889 to January 1891. He died in office on January 29, 1891. Seen with behemoth side margins and snow white paper. A real treasure for the type.
