Grey-blue on green, denomination at each corner and centre, five red over stamps, reverse purple-pink, large handstamp at centre.<p>This series was issued by Tang Ji Yao during his expedition into Szechuen in 1917 when he was appointed as the Commander in Chief of the Pacification of Szechuen-Yunnan-Kweichow. The title and the notes became void after Tang was chased out of Kunming in early 1921.<p>Extremely rare in UNC-OPQ condition and among the finest extant!
