The United Seamens Service, Inc. runs a number of overseas clubs for sailors of the merchant marine. From a single overseas unit in 1943, located in Glasgow, Scotland, today the Service has 42 facilities in places as widespread as the United Kingdom, South Africa, Indian, Australia, the New Hebrides and Central America. This is the first of the organizations "tokens" that we can recall offering, and it is accompanied by a printout that provides historical and other information on the United Seamens Service.
