Fr. 3001-B* & 3002-B*. 2013 $1 Federal Reserve Star Notes. New York. PMG Very Fine 30. Duplicated Serial Numbers.The BEP accidently duplicated serial numbers on the 2013 Series $1 Federal Reserve Star Notes for the New York Federal Reserve Bank. One note was printed in Washington DC and the other in Forth Worth. Finding a matching pair of serial numbers for this error has been difficult, much like finding a certain needle in a stack of needles. Fr. 3001-B* is graded Very Fine 30, while the Fr. 3002-B* has been assigned a grade of VF 30.
