PCGS Currency Very Fine 20 PPQ.Attractive even when not accounting for the assigned grade, this note has the added benefit of the PPQ qualifier from PCGS Currency for "Premium Paper Quality," a trait that was rarely ascribed by PCGS Currency for comparable notes and one that remains sparingly implemented by TPGs today.
