The standard late World War II white-edged purple moire ribbon with bronze star in center, the medal is a bronze goldplate and purple enamel heart highlighting a gold colored Washington bust. Housed in the original case, which has some light to moderate scuffing on the exterior, but remains complete and fully functional.
