民国三十四年中央银行台湾流通券拾圆，未经发行，编号AF346734，PMG 55EPQ，仅得6枚获更高评分，当中只得一枚带EPQ级，本版旨在取代由日本创立之台湾银行当时所发行之纸币，惟当时政治和经济不稳，加上日本为了筹集战争资金而大量印制纸币，为不想加剧现有的通货膨胀，这些纸币随后被销毁，罕见高分美品，与下一项拍品为连号票 Central Bank of China, Taiwan Issue, unissued 10 yuan, Year 34 (1945), serial numbers AF346734, (Pick 271), PMG 55EPQ. Of the 6 higher grade examples, only 1 with EPQ designation. These Taiwan issues were created to replace the existing notes in Taiwan issued by the Japanese created Bank of Taiwan. But due to the political and economic instability during that period, as well as not wanting to exacerbate the existing inflation caused by the Japanese mass printing banknotes to raise funds for the ongoing war, these notes were subsequantly destroyed. Very scarce in this grade and in consecutive pairs with the next lot.
