Perfectly original paper is easily identified and the inks throughout are vibrant. The back design is of particular beauty with a brilliant orange hue showing a floral bordering pattern with "C" counter at left and central vignette of a spread eagle. One of just five to be awarded this grade at PMG and likely one of the better ones.
