The Small Date is by far the scarcer logotype of the 1850 eagle (combined mintage: 291,451 circulation strikes), although this fact is not widely recognized. Very well preserved and attractive, our offering of this AU-50 is a significant bidding opportunity for the astute gold enthusiast.
