MEXICO. 8 Reales, 1886-Zs JS. Zacatecas Mint. NGC MS-63. KM-377.13; DP-Zs71. Mostly untoned, save for a faint ring of champagne tone about the peripheral areas and in the recessed areas between the rays, but nonetheless unmistakably original and untreated, with pleasingly natural surfaces and luster. The fields are fairly free of marks, while the cap exhibits a few small and concentrated hits that explain the assigned grade.
