Variety with mintmark below pillar and no mintmarks on castle side. A <strong>RARE</strong> example of this early Mexican copper denomination. Though it does exhibit some corrosion and a slightly ragged flan, it preserves excellent details across both surfaces along with pleasing brown patina throughout. Absent from most cabinets of Carlos & Johannas Mexican issues, this piece will be a lucky win for any collector of the series.
