Blue, classical woman with crowned wreath holding an orbed statue, NOUMEA overprinted in black, the reverse shows a carving of the Four Faced Buddha. A near pristine note with very minor handling at right prevent it from the higher grades. Otherwise love deep colours are observed. One of three HIGHEST GRADED notes graded by PMG. Choice.
